Wednesday, March 25, 2009 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (PT)
I am delighted to inform you that a sampling of artwork from the ArtSpan collaboration with the Bessie Carmichael Elementary School is on display at the San Francisco Public Library in the Children's Center on two bulletin boards. It will be featured through the end of February 2009.
Your support for ArtSpan's Art for City Youth
program has brought art education to the Bessie Carmichael School and
has made this exhibition possible. With your continued support, ArtSpan
is now expanding beyond our pilot program. In 2009-2010, Art for City
Youth will expand to serve the entire Bessie Carmichael Elementary
School, and we will also add an art program for the Marshall Elementary
School.
This year, ArtSpan has added several Membership categories --
all of which provide direct support for the Art for City Youth program:
Please sign-up for a membership online here or call us at 415.861.9838.
I hope you have an opportunity to visit this wonderful exhibit at the San Francisco Public Library.
Sincerely,
Therese F. Martin
Executive Director
